退款和退货策略

概述

我们的退款和退货政策持续了3天。如果你购买的商品已经过了3天，我们就不能为你提供全额退款或换货。

要想获得退货资格，你的物品必须是未使用过的，并且与你收到的物品状况相同。它还必须在原包装中。

Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts for 3 days. If you purchase an item that is past the 3 day mark, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as the item you received. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are several types of items that are exempt from return. Perishable items, such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that your refund has been approved or denied.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.

Special Price Items

Only regularly priced items can be refunded. Special priced items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a replacement for the same item, please contact the sales staff directly.
